DRM License Not Available - Possible Workaround?

I had this issue with Rhapsody getting hosed on my new Fuze+ every day or two. It’s been 2 weeks so far without the issue.  All I’ve done differently is to never plug the Fuze+ into power or the computer while it’s turned off.  I always turn it on first, then plug it in.

I’d be interested to see if this works for others.  If it does, maybe it’s a clue for SanDisk to investigate the cause of the problem.

Can you  plug it to the computer while its off just to see if your observation is right? :wink:

I will give this a shot.  I don’t remember if I had the 2 of mine on or off before plugging them into the computer…

I’ll try before I leave work today to plug it into power while off.  If it corrupts whatever, then at least I’ll have the weekend to get it formatted and reloaded.

I would love to say that this worked for me, but no go.  Same Error in less than 24 hours…
