Do USB drives receive firmware updates? The Extreme USB 3.0 drives are pretty much an SSD (model pSSD U110?) on a thumb drive with custom firmware. I wonder if they are firmware upgradeable.
I wanna know if SanDisk will ever document/expose the SMART values that are updated but marked as Unknown.
