an enquiry about technical support for sandisk usb slice

 my usb sandisk slice 8gb was broken recently. it makes the computer can not read the files. i want to get technical support from your supplier.However, they just reclaimed that they do not provide such services, would you mean that your company could not provide certain sevice to yur customer.
