On upgrading an Ultra USB 3.0 32GB flash drive from v.2 to v.3 of the Secure Access Vault Software, I became unable to access the Vault.
I attempted (some perhaps misguidedly) several fixes, with no solution. One of these saw me backup the Vault to my PC, and formatting the flash drive. Having reinstalled software to the drive and then adding the Vault has left me still unable to access the Vault.
I have even bought a new Ultra USB 3.0 64GB flash drive, copied the Vault to it prior to opening the application - only to receive an error message: "Failure reading the filesystems file (err=1)" when entering the Vault's password.
Can anyone please advise as to how I can restore my access to my Vault? Thank you.
