I have just purchased this flash drive to store a large number of photos, videos, etc along with OneDrive.
I am using Windows 10 Home and have been told that I should format the FAT32 flash drive to NTFS to store larger files.
Is this correct, please?
If you have files over 4 G B you will not be able to store them on FAT32 and reformating is an option. But I would use exFAT not NTFS. NTFS was designed for hard drives, exFAT was designed for flash drives with files over 4 GB.
. . . and the 128GB drive you just bought should already be exFAT format from the factory.
