SecureAccess cannot find Vault

Have been using a SanDisk USB drive for storing work files for quite some time (inherited the drive). I accessed the secure vault this morning with no problems and now when insterting the drive it is acting as a new registration.

I ended up re-registering and creating “My New Vault” which is now the default (and only accessible) vault.

I can see the previous “My Vault” through Windows Explorer and can even add files from this vault into the new vault.

But I cannot open any files from the original “My Vault.”

Any suggestions? Just want to view the files once to get them off of this drive at this point.
