Sandisk dual usb drive 16gb not detected

hi,

just bought this usb drive and tried on my motorola xoom. running stock on android.4.0.4, already format to fat,exfat,ntfs…none of them worked out…checked on compatibality list…xoom was listed as compatible…but it was not working on my device…

any idea?

Hello,

you can also try to use the dual drive with the pc to see if there its detected normally, also if possible you can tru the dual drive with another otg compatible device to see if there its detected also.

if the dual drive is not detected by the pc either then its defective and needs to be replaced.
