Sandisk Ultra Fit 32GB Partition Problem

Hi, I recently used my Sandisk Ultra Fit 32GB to be used by Memtest86. As you can imagin the partition table has been altered. So I deleted all the partitions afterward and create one single partion using Disk utility in Ubuntu 16.04. I formatted it to FAT32 afterward. Now all my computers can use it as usual but I can't use it in my car anymore. The partion for a drive that works in the car is shown to be W95 FAT32 (LBA)(Bootable) but not the Utra Fit and I can't find a way to set the partion that way. Any ideas?

Do a Google search for W95 FAT32.  It should give you some ideas.
