Sandisk S3 UCL Mode Usb: what is?

Hi all

My Usb is Cruzer Micro Skin 4gb FAT32 .

While I was copying a file from 150MB

the copy is locked, the LED is still burning
fixed. I unplugged the memory with the procedure
WinXP SP2, I rebooted the computer, connected
the memory, that was recognized as:

Sandisk S3 Ucl Mode Usb, filesystem  Raw 16Mb ,

impossible to format, the Led is off.

This problem is solved?

sounds like it is reading the info from the controller. regardless it sounds like a bad drive and would need to be replaced.
