Is this possible when i plug into a computer comes up as Fixed Drive i want to make it removable? Any ideas?

in that case there is nothing you can do because the firmware of the usb drives is not replaceable. You can try to contact the support of sandisk in order to replace it with a removable one but you cannot change it on your own for sure.
