I cannot download the Secure Access info on my Mac OS X 10.5.8. Yes, I download for MAC. After setting up my password, I get the following message: Unable to write vault structure,. the program cannot continue. 3 different techs at SanDisk have not been able to help. I don’t even care if I have SecureAccess so I tried deleting it from both disk utility and applications and am unable to do it.
