SanDisk Ultra USB 3.0 Flash Drive not accessible In windows 7

I am having a problem with my SanDisk Ultra Cruzer 64GB flash drive. In response to your 3 questions:

It works in my office Desktop just fine. When I try it in my Laptop Lenovo Thinkpad T410, the Install hardware can’t find the driver.
Not sure about the BIOS.
It shows up in Device Manager under “Other device” SanDisk Ultra, with a big yello question mark next to it. The comment is that there is no driver.

I have looked for a driver to download for this flash drive but can’t find one. Any suggestions?

the drive is native to the OS or at least it should be. There is not really a download for the standard USB driver since it should be native to the OS.

In device manager right click the USB drive and select update driver. Let it search the Internet for the driver. it should find the standard MSC driver on line. if not right click and select update drive then select choose from a list. If you have the standard MSC driver that is the one you will want to use.
