SANDISK ULTRA FIT™ USB 3.0 FLASH DRIVE

Hello i have Sundisk Ultra Fit USB 3.0 Flash Drive.

My USB giving me an error while i was formating it.

It says “The disk is right-protected”.

it will not formatting …

I checked in both home computers , even in OSX and in windows.

In OS X it says Error in doing formating using Disk utility.

And in windows its says “Write Protected”

I brought this Pendrive from amazon.com

And it says 5 year manufacturer warrenty

I ordered it on 7 Nevember 2015 . Mean my warrenty is on.

But i dont know what to do to give back for warrenty support cause i brought it from amazon.

So , Please can you discribe what to do for RMA or Replacement ? Where should i give it ?

The Sandisk warrantee applies regardless of where you bought it.
