I plugged my fully loaded USB (Sandisk Cruz Ultra?) into the USB port and it aked me to set up a vault. I thought that was strange since there already was a vault but foolishly I complied.
It created a new MyVault but my files are not accessible in this new Vault. They are still on the drive and I can see them but I cannot unecrypt them.
I tried RescuePro but that didn’t get the job done. It shows a .dll extension on most of the files but few, if any, are dlls. They are Word docs and spreadsheets for the most part.
Is there any hope for recovering my files? I have tried moving them to the desktop and then moving them back to the new vault but that doesn’t work.
