Partially encrypted file

Hello, I’ve purchased a sandisk thumbdrive that came with the SanDiskSecureAccessV3 program on it, and I’ve been using it to store sensitive files in an encrypted manner. One of the files however seems to have experienced something strange. Whenever I decrypt it, a file that should be just straight XML ends up looking just fine for about half its length, and then turns into a garbled mess which I can only assume means that the second half of the file hasn’t been decrypted. Is there any way that I could reasonably decrypt the entire file now that it is only partially encrypted?

I suspect the drive was removed without the Windows Safely Remove option.  You can try running CHKDSK on the drive to see if that helps.  If not I would backup all the Secure Access files, delete the vault and restart.
