PROBLEM WITH 16GB SANDISK USB FLASH DRIVE

Hello everyone!

My name is Alex, and I’m having some issues with my 16GB SanDisk USB flash drive. When I connect it to my car radio, it is always starting at the very beggining of the track list. It doesn’t remember which song I was listening to, and I guess this is happening because I’m missing some sort of cache file or something like that, which could make the radio remember where were we.

How could I fix this?

Hello, 

in that case i would like to ask if you are using the Ultra fit with the car radio as this drive has some known issues with car stereos. If not then i would suggest formatting the drive on another format like NTFS or FAT32 to be nativelly supported by the car stereo.

Yeah, is the ultra fit one. What are those known issues? Should I do something, or just accept i did a bad bargain

Hello,

in that case Sandisk can replace it with a drive that has the firmware fix with it so you can use it normally. So i suggest get in contact with them under this link
