Orbit 16GB suddenly stopped working

Hello,
My Orbit 16GB stopped working. It worked for quite a moment, but now it says in Windows Explorer that it isn’t formatted. I tried to rescue the partition using several programs and none of them worked, I also tried TestDisk but it returns me a “partition sector doesn’t have the endmark 0xAA55” error; I also tried formatting using different methods and none of them worked neither. Do you have any solution? If not, is it possible to return the flash drive to SanDisk and get a working one?

The Orbit flash drive has a 2 year warranty in the US (5 years elswewhere). Is it within that time period? You can contact SanDisk directly for any warranty issues and/or replacement procedures.
