The menu does not show up on the screen when the flash drive in inserted in the computer. I have to go to computer to click on the drive to show files. the menu allways showed on the screen until two days ago. Any help
Something on your computer changed. What, why, when and who by is unknown. Check with the vender of the computer’s OS and see what they can tell you.
This happens as well if you disabled pop ups when external drives are plugged in. Better double check the settings.
