I have read that memory is marketed as "base 10" math, when it is actually not. Whatever the reason, the Sandisk Ultra Fit USB flash drive sold with 128 GB clearly printed on the front of the package is actually 114 GB in the computer. Putting mouse type on back of the package to cover this discrepancy seems deceptive.
Is actual size something that Scandisk would consider clarifying on the front of packaging, so we can make an informed purchasing decision?
