   Hi Ishi,

Dear member of SanDisk Community, welcome.

1-“Microsoft Visual C + + Runtime Library”, mean that missing some library or some file was corrupted, and problems with “Microsoft NET Framework.”.
1.1- Then you can try a “System Restore”, if you have any previous point, to this problem.
1.2- If there is no solution, then you look at the Control Panel / Add or Remove Programs, that have versions of these two programs, and reinstall, see links:

2- With this solved, maybe you can read what’s on the UFD, and in SecureAccsess, and do a backup on your PC.

3- With the “write protected”, all you can do, with the UFD, is return it: http://www.sandisk.com/about-sandisk/contact-us/

Luck, and then you tell us, what happened, please.

Try to install .NET version 4. See if that one would fix it for you.
