HELP!! I can't file my excel file after transfer to the USB Vault

Can someone help!

I’m a new user. I tried to cut and paste an excel file into My vault but all I see now is .db file, .dll, file, and I don’t know how to retrieve my file back. (and I did not keep a copy of this file…)

Does anyone know?

Have you tried opening the vault and looking inside?

Also try to remove secure access on the flash drive.

Of course if the file you want/need is in the SecureAccess vault and you delete the vault’s files you can kiss your file good bye.
