I tried to back up a folder with 212 files in it to a SanDisk flash drive using the SecureAccess encryption
software. After I copied the folder to the flash drive, I noted that only 195 of the 212 files were copied. I asked two
friends who also use the encryption software if they had the same issue. Both friends discovered that the software
did not copy all the files and there was a large amount of missing data on their backups. Is there a solution to this
problem?
