Can you download, install and use a chat, like Windows Live Messenger or AIM, from the Cruzer without installing on the computer hard drive?
you would need a portable version of the application. I am not sure any of the apps you refer to have protable versions.
There’s one called Pidgin that allows you to connect to multiple chat clients, including AIM. Windows Live Messenger isn’t on the list, but MSN Messenger is. Is that close enough?
