Cruzer Glide USB drive Not identified by Fuji kiosk

Brand new 32 GB Cruiser Glide Is not recognized by Sam’s Club Fuji Kiosk. The Kodak machines have no problem identifying it. Tried every Fuji machine in the photo dept. No luck. Tried reformatting the SanDisk in FAT 32, eX FAT and  now NTSC (not sure about those letters) Anyone else had this problem or know of a fix? Next step is to dump the SanDisk and go to Kingston.

Good choice.  Certainly wouldn’t want Sam’s Club staff bothering their Fuji support people to fix the problem.

Have you tried BJ’s or Costco’s?

If the Kodak machines don’t have a problem with the card but the Fuji machines do, why do you think the issue is with the flash drive and not the Fuji machines? :confounded:

Definetely with the Fuji. Try asking their support and see if there are available updates that you can perform. Hopefully, the driver for this will be included.

Do you really think Costco will let a customer install updates on a Fuji machine they don’t own??
