Computer will not recognize files

Hello,

I am using a SanDisk Cruzer Glide 64 GB. I am trying to transfer files between my laptop and desktop. Whenever I plug the flash drive into my laptop, I can access all the files. Then when I try to transfer the files to the desktop, I get a popup for the Secure Access, but none of the files can be accessed. The computer recognizes that there is a flash drive present, but it will not display the files. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening?

What does the popup say? Enter password?

What operating system is on the laptop, the desktop? Did you copy files to SecureAccess or straight to the flash drive?
