Thanks for all the above information. I’d been getting nowhere trying to find out why my flash drive was not recognised in any USB 3.0 port but was functioning perfectly in USB 2.0.
I read the above, checked the serial on the back of my device … BN121023463B, (which seems to be the one that is working OK for xerces8) … and have contacted SanDisk.
