Did you see the many miniscule solder points on that ribbon cable connecting the LCD screen to the PCB (printed circuit board)? Not only would you have to have pin-point accuracy & superior soldering skills, but you would first have to de-solder all those joints without de-soldering the adjacent ones nearby. Think othoscopic surgery or Lazik eye surgery for a comparable skill level and visual accuity required. Highly unlikely for the average user. I'm not saying it can't be done, but if you can, "You're a better man than I, Gunga Din!"  If both your players are v1 models, it would be easier (and more feasible) to swap the memory module from the 280 with the broken LCD to the 250, essentially upgrading it to a 280. Kinda like what Dr. F did . . .

VERY VERY VERY...thanks for the reply I am not capable of doing such complex surgery as you mentioned  i thought of swap the memory module...as u mentioned... how can i know whether model is v1 or v2 ? hw to swap the module? pls respond...at earliest
